I joined TMA 6 months ago when I was looking to improve my fitness, and also find something fun to do after work. At first I was apprehensive about the level of commitment required, but I thought I'd give it a couple of months and I'm certainly glad I did! Not only have I noticed my fitness levels improve, but also my flexibility, confidence and (obviously) kick-boxing skills. I have recently started sparring and practicing Muay Thai, and love the extra challenge - they both really push me outside my comfort zone, which is great.
The instructors are all very knowledgable, great teachers and very generous with their time and patience. Now I can't remember what I used to do with my spare time before TMA and miss it if I can't make a class... even skipping.
